maximum occupancy. Up to 2 additional family members may be accommodated
for an additional charge of $20/person/day in some units, except
for one child under the age of 13 stays for free
• Maid service is provided daily
• A deposit of 50% of total lodging is due within 10 days of your
reservation request. Rates do not include sales tax. Guests are responsible
for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival and
departure dates.
• Cancellation Policy: If notice of cancellation is received 30
days prior to scheduled arrival date, a full refund, less a $50 cancellation
fee, will be made. If notice is received less than 30 days prior to
scheduled arrival date, deposit will be refunded (less a $50 cancellation
fee) only if apartment is re-rented for the entire period of the reservation
• Check-In is 3 p.m. and Check-Out is 10 a.m.
• PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED: NO EXCEPTIONS.
