POLICIES
• Normal maximum occupancy. Additional family members are $20/night, except one child under the age of 13 is free.
• Rates do not include sales tax.
• Maid service is provided daily.
• A deposit of 50% of your total lodging is due within 10 days of booking your reservation.
• Final payment is due on arrival. The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival and departure dates.
• PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED – NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Cancellation Policy: If notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival date, a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, will be made. If notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Check-In is 3 p.m. and Check-Out is 10 a.m. For approved Check-Outs after 12pm there is a $100 fee.
