There are a number of good general websites available to help you get your bearings. Check out the new kid in town, www.absolutelyaspen.com which is superbly user-friendly and will get you connected to shopping, nightlife and events, through its excellent calendar function. Aspen is host to a myriad unique happenings, from festivals of comedy, music, writing and food to talks and presentations, to free concerts, fundraising benefits, après-ski functions and late-night concerts and the members of your party will be so impressed if you’ve already figured out a calendar for their stay and maybe even snagged some hard-to-get tickets, all because you planned ahead.

Aspen’s Chamber Resort Association also has a good website – it even has a helpful time-saving ‘itinerary’ function so that as you go through the site, you can collect events and activities and review them in one place. And of course we’ll be happy to give you additional background information about anything that interests you.
